I'm Melody — a personal trainer and wellness coach specializing in strength, mobility, and performance for active adults who aren't slowing down anytime soon.
With over a decade of coaching experience, I work with clients who have high standards for their health and even higher standards for their quality of life. My approach is precise, personalized, and built around what matters most to you — whether that's adding distance to your drive, moving through 18 holes with the same energy on the back nine as the front, or simply feeling as strong and capable as you did when you were 45.
Every client relationship begins with an InBody assessment — a clinical-grade body composition analysis that goes far beyond what a scale can tell you. We measure muscle mass, body fat, and how your body is truly functioning beneath the surface. That data becomes the foundation of your program, and we use it to track real progress over time — not just how you look, but how you perform.
