Once you submit this form, I'll review your information and reach out within 48 hours with a link to schedule your complimentary consultation call. When you book, you'll complete a brief intake form as part of the process — so come ready to be honest about where you are and what you're working toward.
On the call, we'll go through your intake together, talk through your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, the next step is an InBody Scan & Assessment — a 30-minute body composition assessment that gives us a clear picture of where you're starting from. From there, I build a program around you.

Please note: training at Menlo Circus Club and Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club is available to members only. If you are not a member of either club, personal residence training is the available option. All personal residence sessions are purchased directly through Peak & Posture.
